The inaugural session was started at 4 pm IST and distinguished guests, speakers and participants were introduced by Prof. Arceloni Neusa Volpato, UNIFACVEST,Brazil andProf. Pankaj Srivastava, General Secretary, FATER Academy of India.
Prof. B. S. Bisht, President FAI delivered the inaugural speech and expressed his happiness about the conduct of a webinar of such a magnitude and asked the participants to gain much knowledge from the expert speakers.
On behalf of Dr.Rangiasami Bondao, Dean,Faculty of Management, Ubon Ratchatani University,Thailand, Dr.Sairoong Dinkoksung gave a brief outline about the India Brazil and Greater Mekong Sub-Region International Webinar-2020.
Prof. Pankaj Srivastava, General Secretary, FATER Academy of India, introduced the Organising Secretaries and their contributions to organize this webinar.

The first presenter topic was on ‘Living long and Stress Free Life through Spirituality’ by Maj. Gen. (Dr.) M. P. Singh, who spoke about the various aspects of the human body and how one can lead a healthy life through spirituality and he highlighted the spirituality only would bring inner peace Tranquility. This session was chaired Prof C. C. Tan and summarized the important points.
Dr. Tetiana Zhyber, Executive Council member FAI, also spoke .about the webinar topics importance and spirituality only would lead the quality of life.
The second presenter was on the topic ‘Spirituality-Wellness and Tourism’by Dr. Mohd. Raziff Jamaluddin, Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, Universiti Teknologi, Mara, Malaysia, and the session was chaired by Dr. Gina B. Alcoriza, University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi, Legazpi City, Philippines.
The third presenter was on the topic ‘Faith Tourism and Spiritualism’by Dr. Gina B. Alcoriza, University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi, Legazpi City, Philippines, and the Chairperson for the session was Dr. Mohd Raziff Jamaluddin,
The fourth presenter was on the topic ‘Practice of spirituality based tourism in Greater Mekong Subregion’by Dr. Sairoong Dinkoksung, Faculty of Management Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand, and the Chairperson for the session was Prof. Pankaj Srivastava, General Secretary, FATER Academy of India.
The fifth presenter was on the topic ‘Destination Competitiveness in Thailand Tourism Context’ by Dr. Comtas Tassawa, Faculty of Management Science, Ubon Ratchathani University ,Thailand and the Chairperson for the session was Dr. Sairoong Dinkoksung, Faculty of Management Science, Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand.
Prof. Maria Emilia Camargo, and Mr. Pravin Srivastava, Executive Council Members also spoke and expressed their happiness alos highlighted the way conducted the webinar was noteworthy and conveyed their best wishes to the organizers.
The sixth presenter was on the topic ‘Adult Development and Spirituality’ by Ms. Rejane Dutra Bergamaschi UNIFACVEST – FACVEST University Center, Brazil and the Chairperson for the session was Prof. Arceloni Neusa Volpato-UNIFACVEST, Brazil. She quoted ‘Age brings wisdom’ but ‘there’s no fool like an old fool’: both are true for the same reason. As another saying has it: ‘what we sow, we reap’. In the evening of our lives we can either reap a harvest of virtue, prayer, love and generosity, or else lead a trivial existence which becomes ever more ridiculous
The seventh presenter was on the topic ‘Buddhist Eight-fold Spiritual Path’by Prof. C C Tan, School of Business Management, Mae Fah Luang University, Thailand and the session was chaired by Dr. M. P. Singh, Vice President- FAI.He explained how Buddhist philosophy lead to spiritual path
The eighth presenter was on the topic ‘Spirituality and its relation with food’ byProf. P. K. Srivastava, Ex. President, FATER Academy of India, and the Chairperson for the session was Prof. B. S. Bisht,President – FAI. He explained how various types food induce the spirituality in human beings
The ninth presenter was on the topic ‘Religion influences Behavior’byProf. V. Raghu Raman, FAI Executive Council Member, CEO –MIRA, and the session was chaired by Prof.P.K.Srivastava, Ex. President, FATER Academy of India. He narrated that the religious beliefs may play a role in some of the actions, it is not the only factor that influences behavior. Rather, it's an important factor in a pool of other factors like genetics, environment, parenting, drives, and needs that determine our behavior.
The tenth presenter was on the topic ‘Spiritualism-A necessity of human life’byDr. Beatriz Salvador Bizotoo,UNIFACVEST –Facvest University Center, Brazil, and the session was chaired by Prof.Arceloni Neusa Volpato-Unifacvest,Brazil.
The last presenter was on the topic ‘Spirituality and Religion’byProf. Arceloni Neusa Volpato-Unifacvest, Brazil, and the Chairperson for the session was Dr. Yannakorn Toprayoon,Vice President FAI Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University-Thailand.
The conference was therefore a rich opportunity for knowledge exchange on many levels. Delegates and speakers enjoyed and displayed their seriousness and resources brought by the various organisations represented, and appreciated the opportunity for networking. The Feedback received and described the conference as ‘inspiring’, ‘fascinating’ and ‘powerful’. One delegate said that bringing such diverse people together to discuss issues at that level is precisely what is expected from this webinar. Dr. Mohd. Raziff Jamaluddin, Faculty of Hotel and Tourism Management, Universiti Teknologi, Mara, Malaysia quoted that the best ever webinar attended so far.
